DescriptionThis instructional booklet teaches learners to evaluate the size and urgency of everyday problems using objective clues such as safety, ease of fixing, duration, need for help, and how quickly action is required. Learners distinguish between small, medium, and big or urgent problems, explain their reasoning, and identify a safe next step while separating the size of the problem from the intensity of someone’s emotional reaction.
