Refunds & Cancellation

7-day free trial

Eligible new accounts receive one 7-day free trial with 3 print actions total. The trial starts when subscription checkout is completed, not when you create or confirm an account. An account that has already used a trial does not receive another trial when subscribing again.

Monthly renewal

Standard costs $10.99 per month and includes 10 print actions per monthly billing period. Plus costs $18.99 per month and includes 20 print actions per monthly billing period.

A payment method is required at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan is charged automatically after the trial and renews monthly until canceled. If you are not eligible for a trial, the first payment is due at checkout. Checkout shows the amount due, any trial end date, and the recurring charge before you confirm.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. Stripe calculates applicable tax using your billing address and shows it at checkout and on invoices. Tax at renewal may change if your billing address or applicable tax rules change. Keep your billing address current in the billing portal.

Print allowance

Unused trial prints expire when the trial ends. Monthly print allowances reset at the start of each subscription billing period, not each calendar month. Unused prints do not roll over. Using all trial prints does not end the trial early or trigger an early charge. When available, you may separately review and confirm starting your selected paid membership early. Confirmation ends the remaining free trial and starts monthly billing immediately, with the amount and applicable tax shown before confirmation. After successful payment, your full monthly print allowance begins; trial prints do not count against it. Otherwise, additional prints become available when the paid billing period begins as originally scheduled. Previewing pages does not use a print action. Print actions are not separately refundable or exchangeable.

Cancellation

Sign in, open My Account, and choose Manage billing / cancel subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. You may cancel there at any time or contact support for help. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge, or before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; after a paid cancellation, access ordinarily continues through the end of the current billing period, subject to the remaining print allowance. Your cancellation confirmation shows when the subscription ends.

Plan upgrades

When upgrades are available, Standard members may review and confirm an upgrade to Plus in My Account. Stripe calculates the prorated price difference for the remaining paid billing period, plus applicable tax, before confirmation. A paid upgrade takes effect after its required payment succeeds. The renewal date stays unchanged. The current paid period’s allowance becomes 20 print actions total, minus actions already used; the allowance is not prorated and usage is not reset. A change to Plus during the free trial changes the plan billed afterward, without changing the original trial dates, adding trial prints, or charging early. No new trial is granted. Downgrades are not currently available.

Refunds

Because membership provides immediate access to digital materials, paid periods are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated when you cancel. This does not prevent the unused-time billing credit included in a confirmed plan upgrade. We will review duplicate charges, billing errors, inability to access the service, and requests required by applicable law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
